Mara Catey-Williams, DMD, FACD
Dr. Catey-Williams holds degrees from Indiana University Bloomington and Temple University School of Dentistry, Philadelphia.
Her Doctorate is in Medical Dentistry- DMD.
In 1994, she returned to the Grant County area and started her private dental practice with her father, Dr. Phillip Catey.
Catey Williams Dental has transitioned from Dr. Catey to Dr. Catey and Dr. Williams and now proud to announce the inclusion of Dr. Alec Willard following Dr. Catey’s well-earned retirement.
We are so incredibly pleased to continue our dental care and generational span of Grant County and the surrounding communities.
Dr. Williams continues to be involved in organized dentistry locally, state-wide and nationally as an active member of several dental organizations, committees and councils.
She is currently serving the State of Indiana by Governor appointment to the Indiana State Board of Dentistry as a member and as the President.
Dr. Catey-Williams community involvement is vast and inclusive by participating in and/or supporting the schools, churches, Bridges to Health Medical/Dental Clinic, sports programs, local Universities as well as her continued Dental Mission work to Honduras and local concerns.
Alec D. Willard, DDS
Dr. Willard graduated from Indiana University – Purdue University Indianapolis with a major in Biomedical Engineering.
He continued his education at Indiana University School of Dentistry.
Dr. Willard joined Catey Williams Dental in the summer of 2019.
He has regularly attended the Indiana Dental Association Annual Session and is a member of the New Dentist Committee for the state of Indiana.
Dr. Willard has a passion for dentistry and dental science and is looking forward to continuing serving our community and our patients.

- North Central Dental Society
